DESCRIPTION:The city of Hopewell's communication and economic development departments\, the Hopewell downtown partnership\, and the Hopewell Prince George Chamber of Commerce\, want to plan a citywide event in 2024 worthy of our community! Our target date is the first weekend in September. No\, this will not be "hooray for Hopewell" but it will be something new and Hopewell H-ype Worthy!\n\n\n\nPlease join us and come get to know your neighbors at one of two community visioning sessions to share your ideas\, provide feedback and possibly join the city-wide event planning committee. Children are welcome and refreshments are provided.\n\n\n\nEvent Goals:\n\n- Celebrating Hopewell's amazing assets like the waterfront and it's diverse cultures\n\n- Engaging community members of all ages across the city   an event imagined by and for engaged local residence\n\n- Building local pride and connectivity across the city\n\n- Attracting and inviting neighbors from the region to Hopewell
