She previously served as Director of Career Services and Assistant Vice President of Operations at Norfolk State University. Alisha has led multi-million-dollar workforce training programs in Virginia and Maryland\, helping thousands of job seekers secure employment. An active member of the Virginia Association of Colleges and Employers (VACE)\, Southern Association of Colleges and Employers (SoACE)\, and the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE)\, she is committed to expanding internships and work-based learning across the Commonwealth\n\n\n\nDuring the course of this program\, you will be excited by the accomplishments and future of FOLAR and realize the resource of their new building for the community\; and always you will benefit from the networking with leaders and chamber staff and board.
