DESCRIPTION:The Crater Health District in partnership with Prince George County brings you a fun spring day filled with entertainment\, activities\, food and resources! This event will take place on April 12th\, 2025\, from 10 AM to 1 PM at Prince George High School located at 7801 Laurel Spring Rd. Prince George\, VA 23875.\n\nWe are requesting vendors/community partners/Volunteers to help us put together an unforgettable event for the Prince George County community. The purpose of this event is to build trust and promote community resilience by connecting community members to care\, support\, education\, and resources. This event will focus on facilitating healthy lifestyles by providing access to healthy food and fitness awareness and will also address chronic disease prevention\, maternal health\, overdose prevention\, mental health\, and emergency preparedness. \n\nPlease register at the link below if you're able to participate with us in this great endeavor.
