Apartment Complex Maintenance
Guest Speaker: John McGarry, Coordinator Trades and Construction
The Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician program prepares students for entry-level employment in maintenance in the rental housing industry. It covers interior and exterior maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair – and includes lectures and hands-on labs.

Note: The program is currently offered at a lab at Reynolds Community College campus, but if there is enough interest the program could be offered at the Chester Campus of Brightpoint Community College.
Goal: To enable maximum participation in this event for apartment managers and apartment maintenance staff and contractors.

The chamber lunch programs average 35 attendees from members and the community. The vibe is relaxed, friendly, informative, and we encourage sharing of information and giving and receiving referrals.
