Change, as crucial as it can be, has the power to negatively affect organisations if
not conducted with careful planning. Managing change is a sensitive undertaking. It
has been so in the early days and remains a challenge until today.
And then come times when change presents itself as an uninvited guest. When it affects without prior warning. Managing unforeseen change can feel like navigating through unknown waters, an uncertain, though inevitable endeavour.
In this upcoming Webinar we will look at Change Management from both angles. We will look at basic CM tools and management concepts right before we dive into the stormy waters of effectively dealing with unforeseen events.
