It makes sense that allowing a little fun at work every once in a while increases productivity, leads to higher employee retention and makes a more positive work environment! This leads to more productive, creative and loyal workers.
I don’t wanna’ toot our own horns, but the staff here at the Hopewell/Prince George Visitor Welcome Center is always having fun and working hard, we are a great team!
We are all very creative, funny, motivated, and usually pretty silly.
Working in a visitor center helps us stay fresh and fun, visitors’ questions keep us thinking on our toes!
