New Access to River Recreation in Prince George County, Virginia

Get ready to paddle the Appomattox!  We cut the ribbon Saturday at the new kayak/canoe launch at the Appomattox River Regional Park!

Follow the road all the way back to the river where there is a restroom, pavilion with picnic tables, parking, kayak launch, and a beautiful nature trail.

Thanks to the support from local groups and community members! PG Rotary, FOLAR, Regional Jail, Fort Lee, City and County Elected Officials, H/PG Chamber, Christ and Grace Episcopal Church and more were on hand to celebrate!
