ITAC Hosts Largest Ever HPG Chamber Monthly Lunch 

The June Monthly Lunch hosted by ITAC in their training center, sponsored by Primis Bank featured a farewell from Dr. Joe Casey, retired Chesterfield County Administrator, and resource information on Primis, Virginia Economic Development Partnership’s new Virginia Intern Program, an preview of Emerson Companies historic tax credit project in downtown Hopewell, and a call to contribute to ITAC’s annual free advanced manufacturing & technology summer experiential learning camp and/or the Chamber’s 25th GOLF OPEN, July 23.

Almost 100 attendees, our largest turn out yet for the chamber monthly lunch (CMO), brought together small business, manufacturing, workforce development and higher ed, elected officials, real estate, construction, insurance, developers, non-profits, banking and financial professionals, entrepreneurs, hospitality and healthcare to enjoy lunch from a local restaurant, garner valuable economic development information, and be inspired by the community collaboration and leadership.
For those interested in attending a CMO, they are open to the public and may be found on the chamber calendar of events. Each one occurs in a member location and features lunch from a different local restaurant or caterer. If you are interested in hosting or sponsoring a CMO please contact Jennifer Johnson. We are currently scheduling CMOs for 2027. There are a few sponsorships available for the lunches.
