The new headquarters provides expanded office space for project management, estimating, engineering, safety, and administrative teams, bringing together core operations under one modern, collaborative environment. While the headquarters operations transition to Richmond, Harlan Construction will maintain its longstanding presence in Hopewell, where the company’s Self-Perform Division will continue operating. This division remains central to Harlan’s ability to deliver high-quality work with in-house crews specializing in concrete, structural steel, carpentry, demolition, and other essential trades.
